Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal data, and the rights you have under the GDPR.
Nemau Cloud is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to this website and to the services we provide.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is NEMAU CLOUD, a SASU (single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company), whose registered office is at 28 rue des Trois Fontaines, 30000 Nîmes, France.

We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work and to remember your language preference; these do not require consent.
Subject to your consent, collected through the cookie banner, we use a privacy-friendly audience-measurement tool to understand how the site is used. You can accept or decline optional cookies at any time from the banner.
5. Recipients and Processors
Your data is accessed only by authorised members of our team and by the processors that help us run the service: our hosting provider in France, our email-delivery provider, and our audience-measurement provider.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
