Sub-processors

The list below is kept up to date. Each entry states the sub-processor's role and where data is processed.

Infrastructure hosting

[Hosting provider to be completed], France (FR-OCCITANIE-1 region), HDS-certified Tier III datacenter. Hosts the platform's infrastructure and data.

Email delivery

[Email delivery provider to be completed], [location to be specified]. Delivers transactional emails and replies to requests sent through the contact form.

Audience measurement

[Audience measurement tool to be completed], [location to be specified]. Produces website traffic statistics, within the framework described in our cookie policy.

Bracketed placeholders must be replaced with each provider's exact name and location before publication.

Platform data is hosted in France, within the European Union. Where a sub-processor operates outside the EU, we frame the transfer with appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

• We keep the number of sub-processors to what operating the service strictly requires.
• Each sub-processor is contractually bound to confidentiality and data-protection obligations at least equivalent to our own.
• We notify you before adding or replacing a sub-processor that may process your data, so you can exercise your rights where applicable.
• A data processing agreement can be entered into on request to frame this processing contractually.
