When to Choose Nemau

The right level of abstraction: more control than a reseller, a clearer bill than a hyperscaler.

Nemau Cloud

Sovereign & legible
  • Short bill, no surprises
  • Hosted in an HDS-certified French datacenter
  • You stay in control of your resources
  • One API and CLI for core resources

Hyperscalers

Broad but opaque
  • Many service families
  • Billing depends on many moving parts
  • Support separated by plan
  • Platform-specific operational model

Managed resellers

Intermediary layer
  • Managed service above another provider
  • Less control over infrastructure
  • Catalog limited to reseller scope
  • Commercial dependency on an intermediary

Pricing Questions

Do you offer a free trial?
No anonymous self-service trial yet. We scope an initial setup together, which you approve before any billing.
Can I switch billing modes?
Yes, anytime. We move from pay-as-you-go to a monthly quota (or back) as soon as your usage stabilizes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and card. Terms are set with you before access opens.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Every billed resource is listed and priced before provisioning. A resource not on the grid is never provisioned without a price confirmed in writing.
Show all questions (6)
How do I migrate from AWS or OVH?
We start from your existing setup, pick a first service to move, and price the target deployment before launching it. No big-bang switch.
What SLA do you offer?
99.9% availability on the Standard, Memory and Compute ranges. Dev instances are best-effort, with no guarantee. Full detail on the SLA page.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
On pay-as-you-go, you simply pay actual usage. On a monthly quota, any overage is discussed before extending capacity, with no billing surprises.
Are prices excl. or incl. VAT?
All displayed prices are excl. VAT, in euros. VAT applies according to your billing situation.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, based on reserved volume and commitment length. Let's talk.
Is object storage really 'all-in'?
Yes: the per-GB/month price includes egress (outbound traffic) and requests, with no separate billing as with hyperscalers. This applies under fair use: outbound traffic heavily disproportionate to stored volume (CDN-style distribution) may be limited, per our Terms.
