What SLA do you offer?
Availability depends on the service in scope. The SLA page shows the options and what each one covers.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
With Pay-As-You-Go, you pay for actual usage. With Monthly Quota, any overage is discussed before extra capacity is added.
Are prices exclusive or inclusive of VAT?
All shown prices are ex-VAT in euros. Tax depends on your billing situation.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, depending on reserved volume and the time horizon you have in mind.
