What happens if I exceed my quota?
In Pay-As-You-Go, billing is proportional to actual usage. In Fixed Quota, any capacity overage is discussed and agreed in advance with your account manager.
Are prices exclusive or inclusive of VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT (ex-VAT) in euros. Applicable tax is determined by your fiscal situation at billing time.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Negotiated discounts are available under the Fixed Quota model based on commitment duration and reserved resource volume.
